"For the first name, something Greek might work as "harsh elven". Given Phaethon (in a non-DragonLance setting) is a minor Greek deity, closely related to (the son of) the Sun (Helios). Inspiration came from "Troilus and Cressida"; Troilus seemed to jumps out. Removing some letters gives “Toris”. At which point we realise it was like another Japanese word: 凰 (OH-TO-RI). This by another amazing coincidence is the second part of the elven name for Habbakuk, "Blue Phoenix"; it means Phoenix in Japanese. So simplifying we have "Otoris", which works as "Otto" for short.," (please note that this is original created and do not distribute)
